Liz Adams grew up in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona. In high school she became interested in making comics, zines, and playing in bands. In 1996, Liz co-founded an all-girl band called The Peeps, with whom she played drums for five years. In 2002, Liz moved to Los Angeles where she has done art and illustration ever since.

Liz also worked with several bands and music artists including Hunter Revenge.
